Ü Health and Wellness

Mr Ratnarajan and his GP wife, Dr Sivasothy, have just opened a GP and lifestyle medicine clinic called Ü Health and Wellness.

Ü Health and Wellness is dedicated to working with individuals and their families to improving and then sustaining health. A small team consisting of GP’s, nutritionists, and movement therapists focusses on identifying the underlying causes of health issues and helps their clients make lasting changes to their healthy journey, rather than offering quick fixes.

The team are able to offer home consultations and will spend the time needed to really understand your health needs.  Whilst one off consultations are available, the team want to develop long lasting relationships with its clients through memberships or packages.

Members are able to take advantage of fast access to GP’s as well as a comprehensive annual health review.

There is a growing body of evidence to demonstrate that chronic conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure or cholesterol can be potentially reversed through improved lifestyle which leads to better health outcomes and quality of life, as well as preventing many years of medication use.  The Ü team use the best of modern medicine combined with lifestyle changes to allow Ü to live better for longer.
